My four year old is allergic to soya/dairy/wheat and has a intolerance to black current. Is there any recipes you can send my way as the wheat allergy has only just been diagnosed and I am struggling with what I can make for her to eat without making her ill. Hi, Daniel. That definitely sounds challenging. You can find gluten-free recipes on my blog by going to the menu bar, choosing “Diet” and choosing which tags to search. I have organized them under Gluten-Free, GF & Dairy-Free, GF & Vegan, Soy-Free, etc. I think you’ll be able to find some recipes there to help! All the best.

Hello my name is Erika, I’m 17 years of age from Australia. Towards the end of 2013 I became Lactose Intolerant, at the beginning of 2015 I became Gluten intolerant, at the end of last year (2016) I became Dairy free, and around 1and 1/2 months ago (May/June 2017) I became Soy intolerant.
Although I have had to adjust to the dietary requirements very quickly at an older age, I am glad and thankful for blogs and websites like this one.
I have just made a couple of your recipes and it was the most amazing food that I could make and didn’t have to worry about changing the certain ingredients to suit the recipe.

After a devastating diagnosis of MS it became critical that I change my diet. My first thought was no dairy, soy, gluten OR sugar (sugar can’t be the first, second or third ingredient) what CAN I eat? I’ve found some yummy sounding thinks here!! Thank you!

Im currently breastfeeding my newborn (2nd child) and I have a hunch that she may have some sort of food intolerance. Im starting an elimination diet with no major food allergens (like dairy, eggs, wheat, soy) but Im also vegan and was worried about not being able to find good recipes or not getting good, well-balanced nutrition.
