Instructions

  1. Pour sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring often.
  2. Remove from heat and quickly mix in the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Drop spoonfuls on wax paper or parchment paper.
