Please excuse me as I interrupt our regularly scheduled programming for a note on the weather. Last night, another storm struck the Oklahoma City metro area. Thunder, lightning and tornadoes, oh my! Fortunately, the weatherman’s predictions for BASEBALL sized hail did not come true (not in Norman, at least).
Monsoon-like rain pelted my apartment for a solid forty-five minutes, completely flooding the intersection outside my front door. Soon, the ten-foot deep drainage ditch across the street overflowed onto my neighbor’s yard. For photos, check out my Flickr set here.
