Earlier this week, I had the chance to take photos of my best friend and her husband, Damon, for their “save the date” cards. Camille and Damon eloped at the Norman train station several months ago, and now they’re planning to renew their vows in December so they can share the experience—and then celebrate—with friends. (Or maybe it’s just so I can finally be a bridesmaid?) Kidding. I’m very much looking forward to witnessing their vows and toasting to their union. Cheers!
Since they got hitched at the train station, we thought it would be the perfect setting for photos. Aren’t they a beautiful couple?
This shoot was my first attempt at taking “engagement” photos. Overall, I’m pleased with the results. I learned a ton during our brief photo shoot and I hope to have a chance to apply that knowledge soon. If any couple in the Oklahoma City metro area needs engagement portraits and is willing to be my guinea pigs, please contact me.
What do you think? I’m totally open to constructive criticism, so send some my way!
P.s. I’m heading to San Diego with my family tomorrow morning (and I can’t wait!!!). My camera and laptop will be in tow so you just might get a glimpse at our vacation before I come home. Any suggestions on what to do while I’m there?
