Did you get your fill of pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving? Excellent! I’ll be back later this week with a holiday recap, but in the meantime, please make some room for this apple cranberry crisp. It’s lighter than most holiday sweets, which I appreciate, and full of beautiful fall produce, which means that you can totally justify eating this dessert for breakfast. Please do.

    I’m going to make this for my cooking club next week. A perfect recipe for the theme “Christmas Comforts.”
    I was sad to see you had moved from Oklahoma. I found you too late. I’m on the lookout for “someone special” for my son here in Norman. Rats! :)

    Yum Kate! Crisps are totally one of those desserts that you can make lighter and enjoy just as much as the more indulgent version. This one looks like a winner!

    I’m not sure I’ll EVER get enough pumpkin pie, but I’ll gladly take some of this too while I give my hands a chance to lose their orange tint (thanks to pumpkin, carrots, and butternut squash!!) Can’t wait to check you out on BHG!
