Let’s rewind to my trip to Costa Rica last month with my grandmother. It was the last day on our group trip, and we arrived at Sibu for our final dinner together. Sibu produces the best chocolate I’ve ever tasted, and they greeted us with rum-spiked, spiced hot chocolate.
I was literally a kid in a candy store all night as they presented a lesson in chocolate history (with wine and chocolate) and moved on to an incredible dinner.
After appetizers, they handed us chopped salads that looked fairly basic at first glance—I remember lettuce, tomato, avocado, feta and dressing. Then I took a bite and forgot about chocolate for a minute. That dressing!
I immediately tracked down the owner of the place to ask about it. He said it was a “honey-Dijon vinaigrette with yogurt base” and I vowed to recreate it at home. Mind you, this dressing is quite different from a classic vinaigrette.
I started with the honey-mustard vinaigrette that I made for my cookbook, which I love as written. I reduced the oil and added plain Greek yogurt until it tasted like the dressing at Sibu.
This dressing is essentially a creamy honey-mustard dressing made with Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. It offers a more luxurious texture than any other honey-mustard dressing I’ve tried. I’m usually skeptical of using yogurt in place of mayonnaise or sour cream (mayo and sour cream have their place), but this salad dressing wouldn’t be the same without it.
Healthy Honey-Mustard Dressing
The only problem with this dressing is that “honey-Dijon vinaigrette with yogurt base” doesn’t do it justice. “Healthy honey-mustard dressing” sounds bland, and “creamy honey-mustard dressing” doesn’t quite capture the tangy deliciousness of the yogurt.
I dubbed it “Sunshine Salad Dressing” since it brightens up my salads so well. I couldn’t keep it to myself any longer, so I’m sharing it today for all of your side salad needs. The recipe yields a lot (almost 1 1/2 cups). I don’t think you’ll have any trouble finishing it off. It makes a stellar dip for vegetables, too!
I’ve been keeping a big jar of it in my fridge for the past couple of weeks, and it goes with just about everything. Try this honey-mustard dressing with any of the following:
- Fresh greens of any kind
- Avocado
- Broccoli
- Brussels sprouts
- Cabbage
- Kale
- Carrots
- Apples
- Bell peppers
- Goat cheese, feta or cheddar cheese
- Sunflower seeds, pecans, or almonds
Don’t miss my sunshine slaw with quinoa or my roasted and raw carrot salad with avocado, which both call for this dressing. I have more salads over here.
Please let me know how you like this honey-mustard dressing in the comments! I hope you love it as much as I do.

Sunshine Salad Dressing
- Author: Cookie and Kate
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- Cook Time: 0 minutes
- Total Time: 10 minutes
- Yield: 1 ½ cups 1x
- Category: Salad Dressing
- Method: Whisked
- Cuisine: American
This creamy honey-mustard salad dressing recipe is lightened up with Greek yogurt. No mayo here! It’s so easy to whisk this dressing together. Recipe yields almost 1 ½ cups and keeps well for 10 to 14 days.
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (any % fat will do)
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 3 to 4 tablespoons honey, to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or more lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pressed or minced
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 10 twists of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a 2-cup liquid measuring cup or bowl, combine all of the ingredients as listed. Whisk until blended. Taste, and season with additional pepper if necessary.
- This dressing is intentionally bold, but if it tastes too tart for your liking, whisk in another tablespoon of honey.
- Store leftover salad dressing in the refrigerator, covered, for 10 to 14 days.
Notes
Make it dairy free: If you have a favorite unsweetened dairy-free plain yogurt, it should work well here.
Stephanie
That looks delicious! I’m always looking for something a little healthier than ranch to dip my veggies in!
Kate
This would be a great dip too! Anyway I can eat it right now, I do. :)
Sarah Jane Jennings
Yes! Making no this asap!
Kate
Would love to hear what you think, Sarah!
Lisa J Alexander
I LOVE honey-mustard dressing, and this sounds fantastic! Thanks so much for posting the recipe. I’m making it tonight! Love your blog <3
Kate
You’re very welcome, Lisa! And thank you. What did you think?
Lisa J Alexander
Absolutely delicious, and so easy to make. I really have no excuse to buy pre-made dressings!
S. Clark
Could I substitute plain yogurt for the Green yogurt?
Kate
Yes, you can. Just note that the consistency might be more runny and the flavor might change a little depending on the type of plain yogurt you are using.
S. Clark
Thanks, Kate!
SG
I’d use plain fat free yogurt if making dressing and Greek if I were doing a dip. I’m making this today and I have a tub of plain, f/f yogurt in my fridge I’m going to use. I prefer that because I’m using it for a salad.
Sara
Hi Kate! This looks great. I read the whole post (as I usually do), and not looking for one, I think I spotted a typo in the last paragraph (“I have a few salads lined up using this salad”). Just thought I’d mention it to you. :) Can’t wait to try this recipe! I don’t know how you make all recipes so delicious, but I’m so grateful!
Kate
Oops! Thank you for pointing that out, Sara. Just fixed it. Hope you enjoy the dressing!
karl
looks yummy, can’t wait to try it!
Kate
I would love to hear what you think, Karl!
phyllis
I love your cookbook and this dressing sounds amazing. Can you give us an insight on your trip to Costa Rica? Thank you.
Kate
Thank you, Phyllis! I appreciate it. My trip was really fun. I went with my 80-year-old grandmother. We got to see a lot of things and the weather was amazing!
Judith
Love your honey-mustard vinaigrette, so I bet this will be a keeper as well!
Kate
It’s so good! I’m seriously putting it on everything.
Jessica
Could this be made with mayo if that’s all I have in my fridge right now ? :)
Kate
The yogurt is really key here, but you can try it!
SG
I know this is an old comment but I’ve always made my honey dijon/honey mustard with a bit of light mayo and it’s delicious.
Meredith Youngson | Earth & Oven
Your salad dressings are the mosssst reliable! Can’t wait to try this twist on my fave from your cookbook!
Kate
Thank you!
Ashley
Let me start by saying I’m not a salad or dressing lover….. I just made this and it is really really delicious!
Kate
Wonderful to hear, Ashley!
Jessie
I love Sibu! Best chocolate in Costa Rica, but I have yet to eat at their restaurant. Thank you! <3
Kate
Welcome! I love that you know what I’m referring to.
Sandy
I love honey mustard dressing and i actually have all the ingredients!
Kate
I would love to hear what you think, Sandy!
Megan
This is amazing! I love making my own salad dressings and this one will be added to the rotation. Thank you
Kate
Thank you, Megan for your review! I’m glad this will be added to your rotation.
Deb S.P.
This looks like a perfect dressing for the hum-drum winter weather!
Kate
It’s so bright and wonderful! Let me know what you think Deb, once you try it.
Lynn
Sounds delicious! One of the things I like to do for dressings of this type is using one of those little electric whiskers/frothers (a la ikea, 3 euros). It whisks in a second and makes it even a bit more creamy! Also it doesn’t split once on your salad.
Kate
I will have to think about trying that! Thank you, Lynne for sharing.
Anne
I love that you put the number of twists of black pepper in the recipe, so much easier than measuring out fresh-ground pepper:) I’m making this dressing for my salad today, excited to try it out!
Kate
I’m glad you found that helpful, Anne! I would love to hear what you think once you try it.
Angela Klein
Yummy! I am addicted to kale salads. This lovely dressing stands up to the kale in zesty & lively way.
I have to admit – I licked the spoon :)
Kate
I love that! Licking the spoon is the cook’s right. :) Thank you, Angela for sharing.
Tricia
You’re dressings are always great, but this was fantastic!! It really was sunshine on a salad with avocado, strawberry, red onion, walnuts, and feta :) My husband also loved it with his salad topped with salmon. Is it summer yet????
Kate
Delicious, Tricia! I know, summer will be here soon enough. :)
Kecia
Ooooh, Kate! This dressing was fantabulously yummy all by itself! But here is a twist for you…for the “extra veggie fried rice” recipe, instead of adding the soy sauce, I drizzled some of this dressing over the rice it and it was slammin’!
Kate
That sounds interesting! I love the creativity, Kecia. Thanks for sharing!
Sarah
I made this tonight. So easy, and so delicious! Better than any honey mustard I’ve ever bought in a store!
Kate
Thank you, Sarah for sharing! It’s pretty great and I would have to agree with you.
Cathryn
This is delicious, perfect as written. Been eating it every night on my salad.
Kate
Thank you, Cathryn!
Nikki
Looks fabulous! Love your book too! Keep up the great recipes!
Kate
Thank you, Nikki! I appreciate it. :)
Mary
This dressing is absolutely delicious, a new favorite! Thanks as always for the consistently awesome recipes, I rarely cook anything that isn’t on your blog or in your cookbook! :)
Kate
You’re so sweet, Mary! I’m happy you have been able to enjoy the recipes. I appreciate your review, so much!
Sharyn W
Kate, I couldn’t wait to make this dressing. I made it last night and absolutely LOVED it. I served it with a very large salad, but unfortunately, didn’t take any pictures. I used the larger amount of honey and added some extra pepper, but other than that I went right by the directions. My husband is having a Super Bowl party and wants my “baked wings”, so I may put this out for them as one of the dipping sauces. He loved it too! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
Kate
Great! I’m happy you liked it so much and are already thinking of what you can use with it next. Thanks for the review, Sharyn!
Chloe
Made this last night, and everyone loved it!! Thanks for the recipe! So simple – and yet sweet, tangy, and creamy all at the same time!
Kate
You’re welcome, Chloe!
Sandy
I made this dressing this morning to go with my afternoon snack :). I can’t wait to try it. Thank-you for the recipe!
Kate
What did you think, Sandy! What did you pair it with?
Katy
I made this last night and it is seriously delicious! Kate, you are the salad dressing master! I have made all the dressing in your cookbook too, they are all SOOO good! This one is yum yum yummy!!
Kate
Aww, thanks Katy! I’m happy you’re a fan. I love making dressings!
T
Honey mustard is among my very favorites, so thank you for posting. However, I don’t like yogurt at all, It’s just too sour for me, and in my experience it makes everything taste yogurty. Would sour cream and mayonnaise, combined, do the trick?
Kate
Hmm… I’m sorry to hear that! You could try to use mayonnaise for it. Hope this helps!
Anne
This was so simple to make, and with ingredients that I always have as staples. It was delicious!
Kate
Great, Anne!
Patti
What a great dressing!!!!!
Kate
Thank you, Patti!
Jean
Your salad dressings are great, and I love this one, too. My only edit would be to reduce the honey. It was a bit sweet for my taste so I “tarted” it up a little. It will work as a dressing, a dipping sauce and marinade, too. It’s a triple threat!
Kate
Thank you, Jean! Yes, adjust if you need to. I like the sweeter version of this as it balanced well with the tart.
Kelly
I’m with you! I only had about a tablespoon or two left in the jar so I scraped out as much as I could and worried that it wouldn’t be sweet enough, but it was perfect!! Really loved it.
Metalmom
Since I started making your dressings, I have found that I can’t stand the store-bought anymore. One thing that is so great about your recipes of all kinds is that the ingredients are mostly things that keep well on the shelf of in the fridge for a long time!
Kate
Crazy what happens when you start to make your own dressings, right!
Dede
As I type this, I am enjoying my first salad made with this dressing! I LOVE it! I will absolutely make this again and again!
Kate
Love, love! thank you, Dede. I appreciate the review.
April Hankins
Delicious, had 2 bowls of crunchy slaw with it, love the tangy flavor, dijon always makes my nose tingle a bit! This was great, enjoyed every bite!
Kate
Wonderful! Thank you, April for sharing.
Suze
Absolutely love this dressing! I whipped it up as soon as I read your post (at 11 pm) becz I had all the ingredients on hand and I knew it would be a hit. I was not disappointed! Since I prefer savoury over sweet, I also reduced the honey to 2 tbsp, added a few drops of Tabasco and a squeeze of umami paste. Now I can’t wait to try your slaw recipe!
Kate
Ha, that’s great! Thank you, Suze for your review and for trying the recipe immediately.
Erica
Would you use coconut yogurt to make it vegan? Cheers
Kate
You could, yes. It might make it a little more rich rather than adding a tart flavor. But let me know how it goes if you try it!
Alissa
For anyone wondering about a dairy-free option – I made this with Forager Unsweetened Plain Cashewgurt and it was creamy and delicious! I also reduced the amount of honey to 2 TBSP for a more subtle sweetness.
Kate
Thanks for sharing, Alissa!
Dani
I finally made one of your recipes after drooling over them for months…this dressing is so perfect! You know something’s good when you taste it and have to stop yourself from continuing to stand at your counter and eat the rest with a spoon! Looking forward to trying more of your recipes :)
Kate
That’s great! What a great problem to have. I appreciate the review, Dani.
Kelly
By far, the BEST salad dressing recipe I have ever made- and I have made a lot. A little sweet, just a little spice but with the yogurt, it all blends so well together. I can’t say enough good things about this recipe. This goes into the permanent recipe file!
Kate
It’s a new favorite of mine! I’m glad you agree, Kelly.
Annika
I made this salad dressing yesterday and it is absolutely delicious. Very quick and easy to make also which of course makes it even better.
Kate
It’s a new favorite, that is for sure! Thank you, for your review Annika.
Vanessa
Delicious! I roasted some cauliflower & made a salad with arugula, strawberries, radishes for crunch, the cauliflower and this awesome dressing. It was fantastic!!
Kate
Sounds like a great compliment for this salad! Thank you, Vanessa for sharing.
Beth
I’ve only made salad dressing myself a couple of times, but I’ve resolved to stop buying it from the store. My husband was a skeptical critic of this idea but his mind was changed after trying this! I know this is a vegetarian recipe site, but I look forward to having my leftover dressing on a nice big salad with chicken, it will pair perfectly.
Kate
Once you find the right ones, it beats store bought that’s for sure! This is a very versatile dressing. Enjoy :)
Sonia
Omg, this dressing is fantastic. Made it on the sunshine slaw for a dinner tonight and my guests raved. Have already shared the recipe. Will definitely be making again.
Kate
Happy you think so, Sonia! It’s addicting for sure.
Maryna
This is my favorite dressing now! It’s so delicious and addicting that oftentimes after I’ve finished a salad with it for dinner I’d sneak into my kitchen a few hours later and finish this thing by dipping carrots in it :D I just can’t stop, it’s soooo good! Thank you Kate!!!
Kate
I know right?! You’re welcome! I appreciate the review, Maryna.
Karina
I am always really skeptical of/don’t like the taste of dressings that use yogurt in place of mayo or sour cream, but this dressing is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing. It literally is a game changer!
Kate
It is a game changer for sure! Thank you, Karina for the review.
Cara
Perfect and delicious! Loved it!!
Kate
Thank you, Cara!

Hi Kate!
I give your Sunshine Salad Dressing 5 stars! I used it as a dressing for a kale, broccoli sprout, and Chinese cabbage salad. It tasted amazing. It’s a recipe that I will pass-on because it deserves to be shared. Thank you.

Tasty! Thank you, Julie for sharing how you used it.
Lindy Hassler

Kate
Great! Thank you, Kim.
jennifer

Kate
Thank you, Jennifer! I’m a pretty big fan of this one. I just can’t get enough!
Mary Jo
This recipe came at a perfect time as I am 1 year into a weight loss program eating REAL food and was needing some new flavors for salads. I made with Fat Free Yogurt and it is amazing. Almost good enough to drink (almost)! Thank you
Kate
You’re welcome! Way to go you for sticking to a healthier lifestyle for over a year. That’s huge and something to celebrate!

I don’t see the nutrition info, do you happen to have those numbers? I’m looking for the carb count. Thanks! Can’t wait to try this!
Kate

Joy
Loved the dressing … sunshine is always welcome in February. I’ve used it as a more flavorful alternative to mayo in sandwiches, too. I’ll pick a bigger clove of garlic next time though ;)
Kate
Sunshine is always welcome, for sure! Thank you for your comment, Joy.
Helen
This was soooo good!! Thank you for all your recipes not just this one. You provide healthy recipes I am always looking for with everyday easy to find ingredients.

I just made this dressing now to put on a salad of arugula, spinach, roasted beets, avocado, carrots and scallion. It is delicious and a keeper in my house! Thanks again for the great recipes
Kate
Sounds tasty! Sharing? :) Thanks for the review!
Denise
I love this dressing, and have made it twice now as described. I’ve used it on a cabbage/broccoli slaw mix which is delicious and fresh in the summer. Love all your recipes, they are truly an inspiration!
Kate
I’m so happy to hear that, Denise! It’s a favorite of mine right now for sure. I appreciate the review!
Anne
Was looking forward to making this recipe for my vegan son until I realized it also had honey. The vegans that I know don’t eat honey so it would need an alternative sweetener in order tow work for them.
Lynne
just read your first recipe and followed up to here, haven’t tried anything yet, but just reading the lovely recipes and thinking of the flavors and lovely vegetables makes me so happy! thanks for sharing! Lynne
Nina
Thanks for another fabulous recipe. I have just made this dressing, Yum. Unfortunately, I could not find any unsweetened 0% fat Greek Yoghurt where I shopped this weekend. A tip – if you have to buy sweetened reduce the honey unless you like a sweeter dressing. It was too sweet for me. I added more lemon juice & vinegar to balance it out. I will make it again & next time shop at my usual store & try with unsweetened Greek 0% Yoghurt but I i would still add less honey for my taste. You can add but you can’t take it away….
Megan
I made this last night, and it’s fantastic. I have a lot of recipes that call for lemon zest, and I’m always looking for ways to use up the juice once the lemons have been zested. I’ve tried various dressings and never love them. This will be my go-to and, hopefully, will have me eating more salad!
Kate
Hello, Megan! I’m so glad you love the dressing. Thank you for your comment and review!
Emily
Fantastic! I used plain whole milk yogurt instead of Greek, and was delighted with the flavor and texture. I served it on a crunchy Romaine salad, and can’t wait to try it on everything else!
Kate
Thanks, Emily! I’m thrilled you loved it!
Meesam

I just made your Sunshine Salad Dressing and it’s the first time I’ve ever been tempted to eat salad dressing by the spoonful. I will never buy creamy honey mustard dressing again. Thank you!
Kate
I know! This one is hard not to eat on its own. Glad I’m not alone, Margaret. Thank you for trying it and for your review!
Autumn
mmmm! I’m enjoying this now on a kale salad I made myself for lunch with roasted veggies, your crispy baked tofu, some feta and sliced almonds! I made the dressing over the weekend but didn’t have any lemons (how is that possible) so I just used an extra Tbsp of ACV and it’s still fantastic! Nice and zippy! Thanks for another yummy recipe!
Kate
That sounds like a delicious combination, Autumn! I’ll take one, please. Thanks so much for your comment and review!
Lucy Bell
Your blog is truly stunning. I love reading it! You bring such a strong personality through your writing style and you have inspired me to start my own blog! Thank you :)

L.S.
This dressing is fabulous! The flavors are perfectly balanced and it made my salad so happy. Definitely a keeper.
Kate
Yes, a keeper. Glad you agree, L.S. Thanks so much for your review.
Sarah S.
This is a great recipe! The first time I made it, I followed the recipe as is, and it was fantastic. The second time, I used 5% plain yogurt so I tried reducing the oil to 2 Tbsp, and I couldn’t notice much of a difference. The only other substitution was to use white wine vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar, as I’d run out. It was still delicious and I ate salad every day for as long as the dressing lasted . I’m so pleased I found your site. I’ve already made your peanut butter cups (a big hit) and am looking forward to trying more recipes!
Kate
Sounds like a great way to put your own twist, Sarah! Thank you for sharing.
Jeannette
I would love to make this salad dressing, it looks delicious!! Unfortunately,my husband is a diabetic and I only make recipes with the nutritional value!!
Would you possibly know what they are ?
Kate
Hi Jeannette – It’s a great dressing! I am working on an issue with my nutritional information plug-in. Stay tuned. I apologize for the inconvenience.
Kate
Hi Jeannette, just wanted to let you know that the nutrition information is available on my recipes again! I’m sorry for the trouble.
Terry Lea
This is a fantastic dressing….even the kids loved it! As with all your recipes this has become a staple in our house, keep up the amazing work!
Kate
I’m glad it’s a favorite in your house and that your kids like it too. Thanks for sharing, Terry!
Paul
New favorite. Always have some in the fridge.
Kate
Love it, Paul!
Jess
Can you use just olive oil instead of extra virgin olive oil? Thanks!
Kate
Yes, you can! I recommend buying extra-virgin in the future since it’s the first pressing/highest quality.
Delina
nice
Kate
Thank you!
Erica
I made this for my family and it was a hit even with the picky eaters!! I added it to a bag of broccoli slaw and shredded cabbage. Thank you for the awesome recipe.
Kate
Great combination, Erica! Thank you for your review.
teektalks
Delicious, and so easy to make.
Kate
I’m glad you think so!
Tonya Sales
I just made this recipe for the second time…because I gobbled up the first batch! Seriously, it’s so good that I ate 2 big salads a day just because I wanted more dressing. I don’t buy bottled dressings because so many are loaded with sugar & oils, & I get bored with oil & vinegar & my usual recipes. I was looking for something different & this is it! I do think the first batch I made was better due to using whole milk Greek yogurt – it was more creamy than using nonfat. I can see this being a great vegan recipe subbing coconut milk yogurt for Greek yogurt & agave for the honey. Thanks so much for the recipe!
Kate
Thanks for sharing, Tonya! I appreciate the review.
Tina
This dressing was phenomenal! I will be making it over and over again!
Kate
Yes! It’s still a go-to for me. Thanks, Tina!
Ronda
I absolutely love this dressing. I use it with mixed baby spring greens topped with two fried eggs for a quick dinner or breakfast when I don’t feel like cooking.
Kate
Sounds like a simple, but great combination Ronda! Thanks for sharing.
Keren
This dressing is EXCELLENT. Really tangy, and delicious.
Kate
Glad to hear that, Keren! Thanks for sharing.
Kim F
Made this today. Love it!
Kate
Great! Thanks for the review.
Susan Tompkins
Can’t wait to try this dressing. I’ve been looking for yogurt based dressings that taste good and it sounds like this might just fit the bill. I have to mention, I have that same spoon!! Just a random purchase at an antique store. I love it.
Kate
Too funny! Thanks, Susan for the comment. Let me know what you think!
Andrea
I made this because we’ve started doing salads daily (and sometimes twice-daily) and I was getting SO tired of the store-bought dressings we had on hand (which are also nearly $5/each!). The first time I dressed salad with it was right after I missed it and it was a bit strong, but I’ve loved it ever since, so I suspect it was just that the flavors hadn’t yet really blended. Today I had no greens, so I improvised a salad with red cabbage, grated carrot, cucumber, and pepita’s, and the sweetness of this really balanced out the slight bitterness of the cabbage. Definitely a keeper.
Andrea
Ugh – cell phone autocorrect.
*Mixed it
*Pepitas
Kate
I agree! Homemade dressings are really the best and can add a little more to a dull salad. :) But, great combination!
Sharon
I made this dressing today, it is so good! I’ve been looking for a good honey mustard dressing for awhile, but have not had much luck. I am also usually skeptical about using Greek yogurt in place of mayo, as it has not been successful in the past. This dressing has amazing flavor and is definitely my new favorite!
Kate
I’m glad you tried it out, Sharon! I appreciate the review.
Alexandra E.
Honey mustard was never my dressing of choice, but I absolutely LOVE this recipe! Thank you for including ways to make it dairy free :)
Kate
I’m glad this one changed your mind, Alexandra! Thank you, for your star review.
Brittany Cervera
This was the first homemade salad dressing I’ve ever made. I don’t think I’ll ever buy store dressing ever again. It was delicious! My husband loved it too. Thank you for th recipe!
Kate
So happy to hear it! It’s a great dressing, and simple. :) You’re welcome, Brittany!
Nicky
Really lovely dressing – even my super fussy husband enjoyed it!
Kate
Wonderful! I love when that happens. Thanks Nicky!
Hannah B
Just made this easy dressing and it is awesome. I added a bit too much garlic since I just plopped a spoonful of minced garlic from the jar in my fridge into my mix without measuring but it didn’t ruin it. I had about a half cup of plain homemade yogurt sitting in a pint jar in my fridge so I just put everything in there and shook it up. My yogurt is thinner than Greek yogurt but just as tart so my dressing came out on the thinner side as expected but it is still so creamy and will toss well in a salad. I usually keep the ingredients in this recipe on hand anyways so this is a definite keeper! Divine flavor and so pretty in a glass jar or bottle. Thank you for sharing this!
Kate
Thanks for sharing, Hannah. I really appreciate it and the review!
Sandra
Holy cow this is the best dressing on the planet! Thank you!
Kate
You’re welcome, Sandra!
Elaine
I make this dressing vegan (vegan yogurt and Bee Free Honee) and it is fantastic. I have never found a dressing this good, and I’m always asked about it when I serve it to company.
Kate
Wonderful, Elaine! Thanks for sharing.
Pamela Shea
Too bad there weren’t 10 stars! My husband and I love this dressing. He won’t eat a salad without in and has started mixing it into all kinds of other foods. Yes, this is a recipe is a winner!
Kate
Well, thank you! I’m glad you love it. I appreciate the review.
Bea
Thanks for this salad dressing. I will definitely give this a try. Is there a brand of extra virgin olive oil you can recommend please? I have tried a few and they seem to have a weird taste. I would like to use olive oil(that has no taste) to make this dressing just as you’ve done but i’m not sure what type to buy. Thanks
Bea
Kate
You’re welcome, Bea! I use a lot of different brands and don’t seem to lean on one too heavily. Ensure it’s a good brand and pure extra virgin olive oil. Trader Joe’s has some good ones too!
